Service Battery Charging System Chevy. I will check this weekend but want to hear some expirences from yall to know what to look for. Also, how could it know that i need to service the charging system before the truck even runs?:help
Just a couple weeks ago driving home it says “activating battery save mode” and shut off my heat, etc. It seems to charge fine but battery light is still on. Please help already tried what i could and still on.
If it was an orange square, with no writing in it, then it was probably the battery warning light, which illuminates when there is a problem with the charging system.
Checked voltage at battery with engine running with jumper cables from another vehicle. I got a 2011 chevy equinox 2.4 has a new alternator and battery it's charging right but service battery charging system message come on and batt light on.
