Cheaptickets has the worst post sale customer service !! Upon ringing their customer service i was told to wait and tickets would be issued within the next 12 hours. Our qantas flight was cancelled in may and we emailed their customer services for the refund process/status. We recommend directing these queries to us via email at cs@cheaptickets.sg.
